This role includes 1 MONTH PROBATION PERIOD for performance analysis.

As a Sales Executive at Diraaz, you will not only focus on achieving sales goals but also contribute to our team’s shared growth. You’ll engage with clients, analyze market trends, prepare reports, and collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and performance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:-

Sales and Client Engagement:

Identify, approach, and convert potential clients while nurturing long-term relationships with existing customers.

Market Research and Analysis:

Study industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities and improve strategies.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain clear and organized sales documentation, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and track progress against goals.

Team Collaboration:

Work as part of a connected team — support and assist teammates, share insights, and ensure that the team’s goals are achieved collectively.

Data Management:

Analyze sales data, prepare forecasts, and use insights to optimize performance and improve decision-making.

Customer Support:

Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, resolve issues promptly, and strengthen long-term business relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
