Key Responsibilities


  • Drive B2C sales through telesales and consultations, converting qualified leads into paying customers.
  • Understand customers’ health and fitness goals to recommend personalized wellness plans.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Manage customer data, follow-ups, and maintain accuracy in the CRM system.
  • Build trust and long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Graduate with 1–3 years of B2C sales experience.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Prior experience in healthcare, fitness, weight loss, or wellness domains preferred.
  • Must be based in Delhi and open to hybrid work mode (onsite at GK-II).
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
