Job Title: Sales Executive – HVACR Products

(Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning & Refrigeration)

Department: Sales & Marketing

Reports To: Managing Partner

Location: Al Rigga, Deira-Dubai

Job Purpose

To promote, sell, and support HVACR (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration) products and solutions to existing and potential customers, achieving sales targets while maintaining excellent customer relationships and market presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for HVACR products (chillers, VRF systems, AHUs, compressors, controls, etc.).
  • Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, trade shows, and referrals.
  • Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits to understand customer needs.
  • Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and proposals.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery conditions within company guidelines.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, builders, OEMs, and end-users.
  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Handle customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain an updated customer database (CRM).

3. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor competitors’ products, pricing, and market trends.
  • Gather feedback on product performance and customer requirements.
  • Share insights with management for product improvement or new developments.

4. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with internal departments (technical, logistics, accounts) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
  • Follow up on payment collection as per company policy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong technical understanding of HVACR systems and components.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / HVAC Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 2–5 years of sales experience in HVACR or related industries (equipment, components, or MEP services).

  • Sales revenue vs. target achievement.
  • New customer acquisitions.
  • Customer retention rate and satisfaction.
  • Timely reporting and collections.
  • Market coverage and lead conversion ratio.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
