Job description:
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers (general trade, kirana stores), and modern trade outlets.
- Monitor product availability—ensure optimum shelf space, visibility and merchandising of key food products.
- Implement trade promotions, in-store activations, and distribution strategies in coordination with marketing/promotions team.
- Identify new business opportunities: new outlets, new channels, new customers and expand market penetration.
- Conduct territory management: route planning, beat planning, field visits to outlets, distributor check-ins.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing, new launches, market trends, and provide feedback to management and marketing teams.
- Prepare and submit regular reports: sales performance, order booking, stock status, market feedback, competitor intelligence.
- Coordinate with internal teams – supply chain/logistics, marketing, finance – to ensure smooth order fulfilment and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, trade ethics, and regulatory requirements relevant to food & FMCG sector.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
