Salary Package: Rs. 80,000 per month (plus commission & incentives)

Job Summary:

Urbanite Housing, a prestigious project of MIDCITY Housing, is looking for experienced and dynamic Sales Executives to join our team at Lake City, Lahore. The ideal candidates must have prior experience in real estate sales and a proven ability to achieve targets, build strong client relationships, and close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, referrals, and marketing leads.
• Conduct meetings and site visits to showcase Urbanite Housing’s offerings.
• Understand clients’ property investment needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain long-term professional relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Stay updated with project details, pricing, payment plans, and market trends.
• Coordinate with the marketing and documentation teams for client onboarding and after-sales services.
• Represent Urbanite Housing at property expos, open houses, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Real estate sales experience is a must (minimum 1–3 years).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong client-handling and deal-closing abilities.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Familiarity with Lahore’s real estate market is an advantage.
