SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
Support the Sales manager in promoting and selling Performance Coatings products to new/existing by developing strong customer relationships by utilising Jotun sales tools and techniques to achieve budgeted sales, gross margin, DSO, and with the aim of increasing Jotun market share and profitability.
Responsibilities:

Follow sector dynamics and conduct market research to identify potential customers and establish new dealers,
-
Develop effective and long-term relationships with customers through regular visits,
-
Track potential projects and conduct sales meetings to achieve revenue targets,
-
Monitor the stock levels and orders of responsible dealers,
-
Manage dealer performance and motivate dealers to reach their goals,
-
Ensure effective cooperation between dealers, technical service, and customer service departments to maintain customer satisfaction in acquired projects,
-
Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales activities.

What We Look For:

Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering,

Preferably 1–2 years of experience in the dealer sales channel,

Good command of written and spoken English,
-
Strong communication skills,
-
Open to learning and development,

Holder of a Class B driver’s license and actively drives,

No restrictions on domestic or international travel,
-
Residing in Istanbul.
