Role Overview

SPARK+ is hiring a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. The ideal candidate is confident, persuasive, and goal-oriented, eager to grow within a performance-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with potential clients and present company products or services.
• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with customers.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and documentation.

Qualifications/Skills Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
