Job Summary:

Manappuram Chits is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to join our sales team. The Sales Employee will be responsible for promoting chit fund products and services, acquiring new customers, and building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential customers and generate leads through field visits, networking, and referrals.

Explain chit fund schemes and benefits to prospective clients.

Maintain client relationships and provide after-sales service.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Participate in promotional activities and local marketing campaigns.

Required Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and in a team

Willingness to travel locally

Basic knowledge of financial services (preferred)
