- 1-2 year experience as sales executive in tourism field
- Client consultation: Advise clients on travel destinations, tour packages, and other services based on their needs and preferences.
- Sales and promotion: Promote and sell travel packages, bundles, and related services to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Booking and reservations: Arrange and book travel components, including flights, accommodations, activities, and transportation.
- Itinerary planning: Create customized itineraries that include dining, transportation, and sightseeing.
- Customer service: Handle customer inquiries, provide post-purchase support, and resolve issues like complaints or cancellations.
- Market research: Stay informed about travel trends, competitor offerings, and new promotions.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and collaborate with travel suppliers and vendors.
- Administrative tasks: Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and customer interactions.
