Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and approach potential customers in sectors such as hospitality, healthcare, facilities management, and industrial cleaning.
  • Promote and sell cleaning chemicals, consumables, machines, and equipment to new and existing clients.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to highlight features, benefits, and usage.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and after-sales service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM or reporting tools.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events to represent the company.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in cleaning materials, hygiene products, or industrial equipment.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Valid UAE / GCC driving license (if applicable).
