Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Sales Engineer to join our Facade Department. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of stone cladding, mechanical fixation systems, fasteners & anchors, and technical facade solutions. Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell facade products and systems to architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
• Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions for facade projects.
• Understand project specifications and propose cost-effective, customized mechanical fixation systems.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure client requirements are met.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within the facade segment.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and follow up on project pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in facade systems or construction industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of anchors, fasteners, and facade installation systems.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and support design-related discussions.
