Job Title: Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development

Job Summary:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and closing business opportunities with new and existing clients. This role requires a strong understanding of products and solutions, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations.
  • Develop proposals, quotations, and pricing structures in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and events to generate leads.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for solution customization and post-sales support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience is must
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
