Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in North 24 Parganas. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and reporting on performance metrics. They will actively engage with potential clients, develop sales strategies, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. The role also involves maintaining up-to-date product knowledge and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct primary and secondary research to prepare target client lists.
  • Achieve sales targets for petrol pumps and lubricants (Servo, MAK, HP).
  • Pitch and onboard large and institutional clients as fuel customers.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and act as a relationship manager.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and service delivery.

Candidate Profile

  • Proficiency in Sales, Negotiation, and Customer Relationship Management
  • Skills in Market Analysis, Business Development, and Strategic Planning
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills to handle multiple priorities
  • Ability to work independently with a results-driven attitude
  • Hands-on experience or knowledge of the regional market and business environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Previous experience in sales roles or related functions is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
