About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach, meetings, and marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services.
  • Arrange meetings and deliver effective presentations to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
  • Carry out offline marketing activities, including client visits, networking, and participation in industry events or exhibitions.
  • Manage and maintain client data accurately within the company’s CRM software.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Interior fit-out in the UAE.
  • Strong understanding of the local market, business practices, and client needs.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent proficiency in English and Hindi, and Arabic is preferred.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
