About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with a strong background in the UAE market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and driving sales growth through proactive outreach, meetings, and marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily sales calls to potential and existing clients to promote the company’s products and services.
- Arrange meetings and deliver effective presentations to understand client requirements and offer suitable solutions.
- Carry out offline marketing activities, including client visits, networking, and participation in industry events or exhibitions.
- Manage and maintain client data accurately within the company’s CRM software.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction, repeat business, and referrals.
- Prepare and present sales reports and performance updates to management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and client deliverables.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience in Interior fit-out in the UAE.
- Strong understanding of the local market, business practices, and client needs.
- Proficient in using CRM software and maintaining accurate sales records.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must have excellent proficiency in English and Hindi, and Arabic is preferred.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
