1. Sales Achievement & Revenue Growth
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Actively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue per customer.
2. Customer Relationship Management
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key customers.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, technical requirements, and product recommendations.
3. Product & Market Expertise
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all IT products, accessories, specifications, and technological advancements.
- Understand competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position company products.
4. Sales Planning & Pipeline Management
- Develop and execute effective sales plans to meet monthly target.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, quotations, and closed deals.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, market feedback, and performance reports to branch head.
5. Coordination & Collaboration
- Collaborate with Technical Support and Service Teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
- Follow up on payments to ensure proper account receivable management.
6. Post-Sales Support & Customer Retention
- Ensure customers receive prompt after-sales service, warranty support, and product updates.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
- Monitor repeat business and maintain long-term client relationships.
7. Performance, Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
- Continuously enhance product and sales knowledge through regular training and self-learning.
Requirement:
- 3+ years proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Excellent communication skills
