Position: Sales Executive (Females Only)

Department: Sales & Business Development

Experience: Minimum 2 Years (in cables, wires, or related electrical products)

Location: Kot Gujra, 18 km, Multan Rd, near Park View City, Lahore

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive with a proven track record in the cable industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing key accounts, and driving sales of our comprehensive range of products, including PVC insulated cables, XLPE power cables, armored cables, fire-resistant cables, and specialized cables for solar and industrial applications.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Revenue Generation:

-Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for the assigned territory or product line.

-Identify, qualify, and secure new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.

-Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.

2. Client Relationship Management:

-Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, including contractors, distributors, project consultants, and end-users.

-Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, quotations, and technical support, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

3. Technical Consultation & Tender Management:

-Understand client needs and provide technical solutions using the company’s product portfolio.

-Prepare and submit timely and accurate technical and commercial proposals.

-Manage the entire tender process, from document preparation to submission and follow-up.

4. Market Intelligence:

-Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities for growth.

-Provide regular sales forecasts and market feedback to the sales manager.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical), Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the cable, wire, or electrical components industry. Experience with B2B sales is a must.

Sales & Negotiation Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to close deals.

Driven & Independent: A self-motivated, target-oriented individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Computer Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with a CRM system.
