Outline purpose of the role:

Dedicated sales expert, responsible for redefining the onboarding experience across multiple studios. Manager of telemarketing and digital marketing campaigns to qualify, nurture and convert leads into visits, trials and studio members. Driving force in ensuring Studio Leaders are briefed at all stages of nurture and development for all leads and potential members over the onboarding/trial experience phase to maximise conversion to full studio membership.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Plan and execute for delivery of monthly targets for Visits, Trial Sales and Membership Sales
  • Collate and review data to prepare monthly sales reports for Senior Leadership
  • Liaise with advertising agency for quality of leads and Studio Leaders for feedback on conversions
  • Functional knowledge of all class delivery styles within the brand principles of Functional Fitness and all franchises
  • Initiate and track automated messages ensuring new leads have a response within 5 minutes of them making contact
  • Ensure direct contact is made within the first 6 hour time window (Sun-Fri)
  • Ability and willingness to meet leads in studio
  • Monitor and track third party access channels for lead development (ClassPass,Privilée etc.)
  • Review lost members list monthly to develop and execute on recapture strategies
  • Collaborate daily with Studio Leaders and Public Relations & Communication (PRC) Officer
  • Meet weekly(individually or as a team) with Studio Leaders and PRC Officer
  • Meet weekly and monthly with Operations Manager
  • Monthly review of published digital mediums with the PRC Officer for accuracy and consistency of information
  • Create and manage the sales scripts with a consultative approach encompassing defined FAQs
  • Expert knowledge and clear communication of all Trial offers, Intro offers, tiered discounts and regular sales packages.
  • Lead support through CRM, WhatsApp and direct contact
  • Maintain high quality of communication with leads and trials for consistency of responsiveness and brand accuracy
  • Continually monitor efficacy of messaging from sales adverts internally and with advertising agency
  • Define and propose sales, marketing and retention strategies, systems, protocols and procedures
  • Execute and implement approved sales, marketing and retention strategies, systems ,protocols and procedures
  • Custodian and administrator of all lead tracking spreadsheets
  • Exemplary attention to detail in updating all progress with Lead & Trial communication on MBO ,CRM and Spreadsheets on a real-time basis for all interactions
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication of your own administrative actions at all times to assisting stakeholders
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy ,service ,cooperation ,hospitality and professionalism to both clients, colleagues and internal & external business partners
  • Assist in optimising special projects ,events and promotions to maximise lead generation ,visits and Trial sales
  • Meet or exceed required studio sales performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Meet or exceed personal performance metrics (KPIs)
  • Awareness and adherence to all Functional Fitness and all franchise policies and standards
  • Attendance to all available studio class types weekly to optimise familiarity of experience where appropriate provide feedback of personal recommendations to studio leaders

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Sales: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Working in the UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Sales experience in Fitness Industry in UAE: 1 year (Preferred)
