Job Title: Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience in selling wellness, hot tubs, or other luxury lifestyle products (both retail and project-based). The ideal candidate will be target-oriented, self-motivated, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving consistent sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients across the wellness, hospitality, and luxury real estate sectors.
  • Understand client needs and prepare tailored proposals and project execution plans.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting key features and advantages.
  • Generate sales through walk-in customers, cold calls, referrals, and lead follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (technical, installation, and operations) to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status.
  • Provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Stay informed on industry developments, competitor activities, and new product launches.
  • Consistently work toward meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Manage customer data, quotations, and transactions using CRM and other reporting tools.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree (mandatory)
  • Experience: 2–3 years in sales of wellness, swimming pools, swim spas, or luxury sanitaryware products (retail and project)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Proven ability to manage client meetings and coordinate project requirements
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
  • Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory)
  • Excellent presentation and client relationship management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,500.00 per month
