About QuickFly Logistics
QuickFly Logistics is a rapidly expanding logistics and freight forwarding company headquartered in Dubai, UAE. We specialize in air, sea, and land freight, last-mile delivery, and warehousing solutions, offering comprehensive logistics services across the UAE and internationally.
We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting our full suite of logistics services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new business opportunities within freight forwarding, last-mile delivery, and warehousing sectors.
- Promote and represent QuickFly Logistics’ services to B2B clients across the UAE.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals, quotations, and service agreements to potential clients.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate sales records and client data within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the operations and customer service departments to ensure seamless client onboarding and service execution.
- Conduct market analysis to monitor trends, competitor pricing, and emerging business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat and referral business.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or freight forwarding sales within the UAE.
- Sound understanding of air, sea, and land freight operations.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are an advantage.
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base Salary: up to AED 3,500 per month (based on experience and qualifications)
- Commission: 5% of Gross Profit on each successfully closed deal
- Commission is payable upon client payment confirmation
- No cap on earnings potential
