Sales Executive

Smart Trip Tourism LLC is a UAE-based travel and tourism company offering global visa services, inbound and outbound tours, holiday packages, and UAE excursions.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated B2B Sales Executive with a strong background in the tourism or travel industry. The ideal candidate will focus on developing and maintaining strategic relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and international partners to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to expand the client base and meet revenue objectives.
Identify, approach, and build strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.
Maintain and grow existing business accounts through consistent communication and excellent service.
Prepare and present tailored travel and tourism packages to potential partners.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership terms to ensure mutual profitability.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
Collaborate closely with operations and marketing teams for smooth execution of client requirements.
Represent Smart Trip Tourism at travel fairs, networking events, and business meetings to promote our services.

Requirements:

3-4 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the tourism, travel, or hospitality industry.
Strong network of B2B contacts within the UAE and international markets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
