Job Summary
The role is that of a ‘Sales Executive’ for Lalco Residency (LR). This role will report to the General Manager – Sales. LR Sales Managers are expected to communicate with potential, current and former guests to ensure LR maintains a high level of occupancy while maintaining the minimum rate level set by management.
Responsibilities and Duties

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely manner
  • Communicating with the LR Team to ensure all guest requests are met
  • Greet guests at check-in
  • Record all conversations with potential, current and former guests
  • Work with the Sales Team to generate Long-Term and Short-Term bookings
  • Develop relationships with Companies to Establish Corporate Tie-Ups
  • Checking with In-house Guests during their stay
  • Complying with the Lalco Residency Employee Manual
  • Assisting the LR Team when necessary
  • Working with the Housekeeping Team to ensure all Amenities are ready for each guest at Check-in

Qualifications and Skills

  • Personable, Motivated, Team Player with the ambition to progress within their career in an established corporation.
  • Entrepreneurial Nature
  • College Degree
  • Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
