- Develop and execute sales strategies for pigments and additives within the paints and coatings segment.
- Prepare and achieve annual sales budgets and targets for assigned product lines and customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
- Stay updated with market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations to customers based on application requirements.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions and trade shows.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and customer visit reports.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
