The Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling vehicles and automotive products to customers by identifying their needs, offering suitable solutions, and delivering exceptional customer experience. The role involves showroom-based sales, client follow-ups, test drive coordination, and the achievement of monthly sales targets.
Area Of Responsibility Brief Description Of Activities
- Customer Engagement & Sales Greet customers, assess their needs, and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options. Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
- Sales Target Achievement Meet or exceed monthly sales targets for vehicles, accessories, insurance, and financing. Proactively follow up on leads generated through walk-ins, calls, or digital platforms.
- Quotation & Documentation Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales contracts in coordination with the finance and admin team. Ensure all required documents (IDs, payment receipts, registration forms) are accurately submitted.
- Customer Relationship Management Maintain contact with existing customers for repeat sales, service reminders, and feedback. Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the pre-sale and post-sale processes.
- Product & Market Knowledge Stay updated on vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, and competitor products. Attend training sessions and product launches as required
