Purpose:
To achieve motorcycle sales targets and promote the CFMOTO brand by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships in the Jeddah region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle showroom walk-ins and online inquiries professionally.
  • Present CFMOTO motorcycle models, specifications, and features to potential buyers.
  • Conduct test rides and ensure proper coordination with service and delivery teams.
  • Maintain customer follow-up and convert leads into confirmed sales.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for motorcycles and accessories.
  • Participate in local marketing events, exhibitions, and community rides.
  • Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Report competitor activity and market trends to management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in motorcycles or automotive industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
  • Valid Saudi motorcycle driving license.
  • Proficient in English (Arabic preferred).
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of riding culture.

KPIs:

  • Monthly sales achievement.
  • Customer satisfaction rating.
  • Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
  • Repeat business and referral generation.
