Purpose:
To achieve motorcycle sales targets and promote the CFMOTO brand by delivering excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships in the Jeddah region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle showroom walk-ins and online inquiries professionally.
- Present CFMOTO motorcycle models, specifications, and features to potential buyers.
- Conduct test rides and ensure proper coordination with service and delivery teams.
- Maintain customer follow-up and convert leads into confirmed sales.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for motorcycles and accessories.
- Participate in local marketing events, exhibitions, and community rides.
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Report competitor activity and market trends to management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in motorcycles or automotive industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Valid Saudi motorcycle driving license.
- Proficient in English (Arabic preferred).
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems.
- Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of riding culture.
KPIs:
- Monthly sales achievement.
- Customer satisfaction rating.
- Lead-to-sale conversion rate.
- Repeat business and referral generation.
