Job Purpose:

To generate new business, maintain strong client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting and selling styrofoam (EPS) products such as sheets, blocks, boxes, insulation panels, and packaging materials across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and visit potential customers in industries such as construction, packaging, insulation, cold storage, and disposable products.
  • Promote the company’s styrofoam products by explaining product features, specifications, and applications.
  • Generate new leads through market visits, networking, and referrals.
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure customer loyalty and repeat business.
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, and technical concerns promptly.
  • Conduct follow-up visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new requirements.

3. Market Research & Competitor Analysis

  • Conduct regular field surveys to gather information about market demand, competitor pricing, and product availability.
  • Identify new market opportunities and report trends to management.
  • Recommend pricing or promotional strategies to enhance market share.

4. Coordination & Order Execution

  • Coordinate with the production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Track deliveries and follow up on payments and documentation.
  • Ensure accurate communication of customer requirements to the production team.

5. Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate and updated records of client visits, quotations, and confirmed orders.
  • Submit daily/weekly field reports, sales summaries, and customer feedback to the Sales Manager.
  • Keep a database of potential and existing clients for follow-up and future business.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of field sales experience, preferably in styrofoam, insulation, or industrial packaging products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and work independently in the field.
  • Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.

Working Conditions:

  • Field-based position involving frequent client visits and travel within assigned territories.
  • May require occasional coordination visits to the factory or office for meetings and order discussions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
