Sales Executive

We are looking for energetic Sales Executives to handle outbound calls and convert leads into successful sales. This is a target-based role focused on calling, WhatsApp follow-ups, and closing sales provided by the company. Candidates who meet the expected performance standards will be eligible for weekly and monthly incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Call and explain our bisness proposal to clients
• Convert outbound leads (no field work)
• Send quotes, proposals & follow up on WhatsApp
• Achieve daily & monthly targets
• Participate in weekly performance reviews

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of sales experience (Freshers can apply)
• Good communication skills
• Strong follow-up skills
• Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Package:

• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹22,000/month (based on experience)
• Incentives: Weekly + Monthly
• Performance Bonus: Based on target achievement

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Location: Ejipura, Bangalore
