Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our Marketing and IT agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s digital marketing, web development, and creative solutions.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into customized service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the fields of digital marketing, website development, branding, photography/videography, and IT solutions.
  • Reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
  • Schedule and attend client meetings, prepare proposals, and close deals effectively.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery of services.
  • Provide regular updates and after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

3. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Report weekly on leads, meetings, and closed deals.

4. Collaboration & Coordination

  • Work closely with the marketing, creative, and technical teams to develop tailored service packages.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions to align sales strategies with company marketing campaigns.

5. Market Research

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging digital marketing tools.
  • Provide feedback to management on client needs and market opportunities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales, ideally in marketing, advertising, or IT services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Valid Qatari driving license is an advantage.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Commission: Up to 12% on closed sales (based on category and performance)
  • Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR2,500.00 per month
