Sales Executives | Insurance Broker


Position: Sales Executive

Reporting to: Sales Director

Location: Dubai, UAE


This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the fastest growing Insurance brokers in the region. If you're frustrated by poor training limited earning & growth potential this one could be for you.


My client is a well established but fast growing insurance broker who also offer their customers a cloud-based HR & benefits platform for SMEs & Large enterprises in the UAE.


The role is focused on driving new client acquisition but will have a strong lead flow & opportunities to retain & manage your own accounts/


Responsibilities:


  • Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities (SMEs, mid-market companies) in the UAE region.
  • Qualify, follow up and convert inbound leads (from marketing, referrals, website) into engaged prospects.
  • Build and present proposals (platform + benefits + insurance/wellness) tailored to client needs.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: discovery, demos, negotiation, closing.
  • Onboard new clients smoothly, handover to account services but maintain relationship.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for a portfolio of clients – ensure client satisfaction, identify upsell/renewal opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets (new revenue, number of new accounts).
  • Maintain up-to-date CRM records, pipeline reports and forecasting.
  • Partner with marketing, product and service teams to ensure client needs are addressed and that proposals reflect value proposition (HR + benefits + wellness).


Qualifications & Experience:


  • 3-8 years’ sales experience in B2B setting (preferably HR/Benefits, insurance) but could look at people with strong connections & customers in HR
  • Proven track record of new client acquisition, meeting/exceeding quotas.
  • Comfortable handling inbound leads and converting them, as well as outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage C-suite or senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel locally and meet clients in person when required.
