Job Description:
We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets to drive company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
• Promote the company’s products and services to potential clients.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to clients.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, client information, and follow-ups.
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
• Provide feedback to management regarding market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales or business development (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation and customer service abilities.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred).
