We are seeking a proactive and skilled Business Developer to manage and grow our company’s freelancing accounts (such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in bidding, client communication, project coordination, and converting leads into successful business deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize company profiles on freelancing platforms (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, etc.).
  • Write effective proposals and communicate with potential clients to win projects.
  • Identify new business opportunities and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure project delivery.
  • Track project progress and client satisfaction.
  • Meet monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Research market trends to develop effective bidding and pricing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in handling freelancing accounts (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to understand client requirements and create customized proposals.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work under minimal supervision.
  • Basic understanding of IT services, digital marketing, or design projects is a plus.
