Nutrifactor, one of Pakistan’s leading nutraceutical companies, has launched Cellcense, an innovative consumer skincare brand. We are looking for enthusiastic and performance-driven Sales Executives to promote and expand Cellcense products in the assigned area. The role involves managing retail sales, developing new business opportunities, and ensuring strong product visibility and availability in the market.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience: 1-2 years of experience in FMCG, personal care, or skincare product sales.

Fresh graduates with strong communication and selling skills are also encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly sales and distribution targets for the Cellcense Skin Care Range.
  • Visit retail outlets, cosmetic stores, and modern trade channels to generate sales.
  • Ensure product placement, visibility, and merchandising according to brand standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Identify and approach new business opportunities within the consumer market..
  • Ensure timely order collection, delivery coordination, and payment follow-ups.
  • Represent the brand professionally and ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of consumer and retail sales dynamics.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for skincare and personal care products.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
