We are looking for a Sales Executive who is responsible for driving sales, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring smooth order processing. This role involves managing customer accounts, coordinating with internal teams, documenting sales interactions, and following company procedures to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive plays a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring all processes are accurately followed.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sales Executive in a Marble & Granite trading company.
  • Strong knowledge of marble, granite, and stone products, including specifications and applications.
  • Proven track record in sales target achievement and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and recommend sales strategies.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple client accounts.

Job Summary:

  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare regular sales performance reports.
  • Manage customer orders, verify details, and coordinate with internal teams for smooth delivery.
  • Handle payment documentation, ensuring invoices and receipts are accurate and up to date.
  • Maintain clear, written communication with customers and build long-term relationships.
  • Analyze sales trends and provide feedback to improve strategies.
  • Earn incentives based on compliant sales, timely delivery, and excellent customer service.
