Job Summary:

Responsible for promoting and selling fire and safety products and services, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Business Development
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire and safety sector.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure successful project acquisition and closure.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
  • Address client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
  • Technical Knowledge & Coordination
  • Possess a good understanding of fire alarm, firefighting, emergency lighting, and related safety systems.
  • Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, design, and execution requirements.
  • Stay updated on UAE Civil Defense requirements and industry standards.
  • Market Awareness
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
  • Recommend strategies to enhance market share.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Fire & Safety industry sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
