Job Summary:
Responsible for promoting and selling fire and safety products and services, building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fire and safety sector.
- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
- Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Follow up with clients to ensure successful project acquisition and closure.
- Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.
- Address client inquiries, provide product information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups.
- Technical Knowledge & Coordination
- Possess a good understanding of fire alarm, firefighting, emergency lighting, and related safety systems.
- Coordinate with the technical team for site surveys, design, and execution requirements.
- Stay updated on UAE Civil Defense requirements and industry standards.
- Market Awareness
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends.
- Recommend strategies to enhance market share.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Fire & Safety industry sales (minimum 2–3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of firefighting and fire alarm systems.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
