About the Role
We are seeking a sales professional with a strong track record and a solid foundation in Engineering, HVAC, or MEP. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise along with effective sales abilities to promote and sell our engineering, energy, sub-metering, and building efficiency solutions. Key responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, preparing customized proposals, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the [engineering/energy/building management] sector.
- Understand client requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with clients.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and tender submissions.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide after-sales support.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, and finance) to ensure project execution.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- 1-2 years of experience in technical sales or business development.
- Strong technical knowledge with the ability to explain solutions clearly.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM software is an advantage.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
