Sales Executive

NextStepHR is Mass Hiring "Insurance Sales" for a leading BPO company specializing in sales and customer service within the insurance and banking sectors. They are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join their growing team.

Location: Mumbai (Malad/Virar/Andheri) (Office-based)

Salary: Upto 3LPA (Fixed) + incentives

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct cold calling for services.
• Handle customer queries and provide solutions.
• Participate in telesales processes.
• Maintain customer records and follow up on leads to drive sales.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Education: HSC/Bachelor's degree
• Experience: Fresh graduates welcome; experience in sales, telesales, or customer service is a plus.
• Skills: Strong communication (English/Hindi/Tamil/Telugu/Kannada/Malayalam), goal-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Other: Comfortable in an office-based environment and a target-driven setting.
