Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate should have experience—or a strong interest—in business setup services and visa processing. You will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales while ensuring excellent client service and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate, follow up, and convert leads for business setup and international recruitment services.
- Present and explain UAE mainland, free zone, and offshore company formation options to clients.
- Advise clients on recruitment services, available job roles, and visa processing timelines.
- Conduct consultations via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.
- Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM system.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Coordinate with operations and PRO teams to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
Key Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales or business development experience (UAE experience preferred).
- 2–3 years of relevant sales experience in home country is welcomed.
- Fluency in English (mandatory).
- Basic understanding of UAE business setup and visa procedures is an advantage.
- Proficient in WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated.
- Presentable, confident, and professional in client interactions.
- Fast learner with the ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
