Job Title: Sales Executive (Female)

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday – Saturday

Key Responsibilities

Engage with clients to understand their property needs and preferences.

Present and promote real estate projects effectively to potential buyers.

Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property showings.

Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly targets.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.

Keep records of client communications and transactions in an organized manner.

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (Graduation mandatory).

2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Fluency in Urdu and English; Pashto is a plus.

Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented personality.
