Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new sales opportunities for IT staff augmentation and outsourcing services.
- Engage, nurture, and convert potential clients into long-term business partnerships.
- Present and promote Sprouto Group’s staffing, software development, and digital service offerings.
- Conduct sales calls, virtual meetings, and presentations to understand client requirements and pitch tailored solutions.
- Work closely with HR, recruitment, and technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and delivery plans.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
- Represent Sprouto Group professionally in all client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT services sales, or staff augmentation.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing, offshore hiring models, and IT resource workflows.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems, and email outreach tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
