Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and business development, with a proven ability to meet targets and close deals. This role is open to professionals from credit card sales, insurance sales, real estate, and related sectors, providing an opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a new environment.
The Sales Executive will identify new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth while ensuring exceptional client service.
Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the UAE market.
- Generate leads through cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Research the market to identify potential clients and business trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding sales inquiries and follow-ups.
Sales Execution
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and product/service demonstrations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to achieve sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of client orders.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and leads in CRM or internal systems.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and pipeline status.
- Continuously monitor performance metrics and suggest strategies to improve sales.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Proven sales experience in any of the following sectors: credit card sales, insurance sales, real estate, or other client-facing sales roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong ability to close deals.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM systems.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant sales experience in UAE or internationally.
- Knowledge of financial products, insurance, real estate, or corporate services is an advantage.
