Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Meet and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid sales techniques.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close deals while ensuring profitability.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive, Business Development Executive, or similar role.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a target-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales processes (preferred).
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field (preferred).
