We’re expanding rapidly and looking for a driven Sales Executive to bring in new clients and grow our product reach.

Job Summary

We are hiring a confident, energetic, and results-oriented Sales Executive who can promote our software products, generate leads, convert clients, and maintain strong business relationships. If you love selling, understand digital tools, and enjoy a fast-moving growth environment — this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential clients across Dubai & globally
  • Promote Affworld products including CRM, WhatsApp automation, email automation & SaaS tools
  • Conduct calls, demos, and presentations to convert leads
  • Maintain strong follow-ups and track sales pipeline
  • Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions
  • Achieve monthly sales targets with consistency
  • Build long-term relationships with businesses and agencies
  • Coordinate with the CRM development and operations team for onboarding clients
  • Report daily activity, leads, and progress to management

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (tech/real estate preferred)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems, automation tools, and digital products
  • Ability to handle multiple leads and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude, target-driven, and self-motivated personality
  • Fluency in English required; Hindi/Arabic is a plus
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may be considered

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
