Position Summary
The Sales Executive for the 5-Gallon Water is responsible for driving sales, expanding the customer base, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. This role focuses on promoting and selling 5-gallon bottled water and water dispensers to households, offices, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets for 5-gallon water products and dispensers.
- Generate new business by identifying and approaching potential customers (door-to-door, corporate visits, phone calls, referrals, etc.).
- Manage and grow the existing customer base through excellent customer service and regular follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer information, and orders.
- Collaborate with the logistics and delivery team to ensure timely and accurate customer deliveries.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, competitors, and customer preferences.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and efficiently.
- Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and marketing activities when required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the water industry or FMCG sector.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driving license (required for field visits).
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or sales reporting tools is an advantage.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- High level of motivation, energy, and commitment to achieving sales goals.
