Position Title: Sales Executive

Job Purpose
The Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales growth for Garments, Fabrics, Blankets, and Shoes within the UAE market. This role involves identifying new customers, managing existing client relationships, negotiating sales deals, and ensuring timely order fulfilment. The Sales Executive plays a key role in achieving revenue targets and expanding the company’s market presence across retail, wholesale, and B2B segments.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and secure new business opportunities in retail, wholesale, corporate, and institutional sectors.
- Promote garments, fabrics, blankets, and footwear product lines to potential clients across the UAE.
- Conduct regular market visits to acquire new customers and understand market needs.
B. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.
- Understand customer requirements, provide product recommendations, and offer customized solutions.
- Address customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support efficiently.
C. Market Research & Product Knowledge
- Conduct competitor analysis and monitor market trends in garments, fabrics, blankets, and footwear.
- Stay updated on new designs, materials, product specifications, and seasonal collections.
- Provide feedback to management on product performance and customer preferences.
D. Sales Planning & Achievements
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Prepare customer proposals, product quotations, and negotiate pricing & payment terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, procurement, logistics) to ensure timely product delivery.
E. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and visit reports.
- Submit weekly/monthly sales reports to the Sales Manager.
- Ensure proper documentation for contracts, LPOs, and credit approvals.
F. Trade Shows & Promotional Activities
- Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and marketing events to promote company products.
- Coordinate promotional activities, product displays, and sampling for clients.
3. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of sales experience in garments, textiles, home furnishings, or footwear (UAE market experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment categories, textile quality, and retail/wholesale distribution in the UAE.
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.

- Customer-focused with a persuasive selling approach.
- Good understanding of UAE trade dynamics and customer behavior.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Fluency in English; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
