Direktion is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive for our Interior Design division in Vijayawada. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, understanding interior requirements, and closing sales for residential and commercial interior projects.

  • Generate new business through field visits, calls, referrals & social media.
  • Meet clients to understand interior design needs and present Direktion solutions.
  • Explain design concepts, material choices, modular kitchen options, pricing & timelines.
  • Prepare and present quotations; follow up and negotiate to close deals.
  • Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders & contractors.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Update CRM, maintain lead status, and submit regular reports.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Interior Design / Modular Kitchen / Building Materials sales.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to understand interior layouts, measurements & design concepts.
  • Strong field sales experience preferred.
  • Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).
  • Self-motivated and target-driven.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
