Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Travel &amp; Tourism division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting domestic &amp; international tour packages, handling inquiries, converting leads, and delivering excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Generate leads through calls, social media, walk-ins, and marketing activities.</li><li>Promote domestic and international holiday packages (Bali, Dubai, Europe, India trips, etc.).</li><li>Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and office visits.</li><li>Understand client requirements and suggest the right packages.</li><li>Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.</li><li>Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Coordinate with operations team for bookings (Flights, Hotels, Visa, Transfers).</li><li>Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.</li><li>Update CRM, maintain lead pipelines, and submit daily/weekly sales reports.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Travel, Tours, Holidays, or Hospitality Sales.</li><li>Strong communication, presentation &amp; negotiation skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of popular destinations, holiday trends, and visa basics.</li><li>Ability to create itineraries and understand customer preferences.</li><li>Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and CRM tools.</li><li>Highly motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in selling Bali, Dubai, Europe, Thailand, Maldives packages is an advantage.</li><li>Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) added benefit.</li><li>Ability to handle international client communication.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits<ul><li>Competitive salary + Attractive Incentives</li><li>Travel perks &amp; familiarization trip opportunities</li><li>Career growth within the travel industry</li><li>Supportive work environment</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per month

Direktion is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive for our Interior Design division in Vijayawada. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client meetings, understanding interior requirements, and closing sales for residential and commercial interior projects.<ul><li>Generate new business through field visits, calls, referrals &amp; social media.</li><li>Meet clients to understand interior design needs and present Direktion solutions.</li><li>Explain design concepts, material choices, modular kitchen options, pricing &amp; timelines.</li><li>Prepare and present quotations; follow up and negotiate to close deals.</li><li>Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure client expectations are met.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders &amp; contractors.</li><li>Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.</li><li>Update CRM, maintain lead status, and submit regular reports.</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in Interior Design / Modular Kitchen / Building Materials sales.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation &amp; customer-handling skills.</li><li>Ability to understand interior layouts, measurements &amp; design concepts.</li><li>Strong field sales experience preferred.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (Email, CRM, WhatsApp, Excel).</li><li>Self-motivated and target-driven.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per month
