Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Travel & Tourism division. The candidate will be responsible for promoting domestic & international tour packages, handling inquiries, converting leads, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, social media, walk-ins, and marketing activities.
- Promote domestic and international holiday packages (Bali, Dubai, Europe, India trips, etc.).
- Handle customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and office visits.
- Understand client requirements and suggest the right packages.
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals.
- Follow up with clients, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with operations team for bookings (Flights, Hotels, Visa, Transfers).
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
- Update CRM, maintain lead pipelines, and submit daily/weekly sales reports.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in Travel, Tours, Holidays, or Hospitality Sales.
- Strong communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of popular destinations, holiday trends, and visa basics.
- Ability to create itineraries and understand customer preferences.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, Email, Excel, and CRM tools.
- Highly motivated, result-driven, and customer-focused.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in selling Bali, Dubai, Europe, Thailand, Maldives packages is an advantage.
- Knowledge of GDS (Amadeus/Galileo) added benefit.
- Ability to handle international client communication.
