Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative with a background in medical or pharmaceutical sales to drive the growth of our baby and mother care product portfolio across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and retail channels. The role focuses on expanding distribution, building healthcare relationships, and achieving sales targets while ensuring strong brand visibility and compliance.

Healthcare & Medical Channel Sales

• Promote and sell baby and mother care products to hospitals, NICUs, pediatricians, gynecologists, and maternity clinics.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training for healthcare professionals.
• Secure product listings and approvals within medical institutions.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory guidelines and ethical promotion standards.

Sales & Business Development

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned territories and product lines.
• Identify, acquire, and onboard new accounts including pharmacies, baby stores, and distributors.
• Expand product availability and ensure proper stock rotation across all channels.
• Negotiate trade deals, promotions, and pricing agreements.

Account Management

• Develop strong relationships with existing healthcare and retail customers.
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries with supply chain/logistics.
• Manage collections and credit limits to ensure timely payments.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.

Market & Competitor Intelligence

• Monitor competitor activities within both medical and retail sectors.
• Gather feedback from HCPs (healthcare professionals) to support product improvements and forecasting.
• Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management.

Brand Visibility & Promotion

• Support in-store and in-clinic merchandising and POSM placement.
• Assist in executing sampling programs, baby-expo activations, and medical conference participation.
• Ensure adherence to product guidelines and branding standards.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
