Position Overview
We’re seeking a motivated, results-driven Remote Sales Representative to join our team. You’ll be responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing new business with ecommerce brands seeking to grow their online presence.
This is a fully remote role with unlimited earning potential through a competitive commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and research potential ecommerce clients via LinkedIn, industry events, and referrals
Sales Outreach
- Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to connect with key decision-makers
Discovery Calls
- Lead initial consultations to understand client needs, pain points, and growth goals
Solution Presentations
- Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our services and value
Pipeline Management
- Maintain CRM records and manage multiple deals simultaneously
Relationship Building
- Build strong, long-term relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
Collaboration
- Work closely with delivery teams for seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
Market Research
- Stay updated on ecommerce trends, competitive movements, and new opportunities
RequirementsMust-Have Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, digital marketing, or agency preferred)
- Proven history of exceeding sales quotas
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with excellent time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
- Reliable high-speed internet + professional home office
Nice-to-Have
- Experience selling to ecommerce or DTC brands
- Familiarity with platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon
- Knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, PPC, email marketing)
- Agency or consulting experience
- Existing network in ecommerce
What We OfferCompensation
- Base Salary: $35,000 – $45,000 (depending on experience)
- Uncapped commissions
- Performance bonuses
- OTE: $70,000 – $100,000+ for top performers
