About the Role:

We are seeking a high-performing and experienced Sales Executive to drive growth and manage key accounts within the UAE's competitive automotive aftermarket industry. The successful candidate will be a results-driven professional responsible for maximizing sales volume for both spare parts and automotive batteries across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

1. Sales and Business Development:

  • Achieve and exceed defined sales volume targets for both automotive spare parts and batteries within the designated region.
  • Proactively identify, qualify, and secure new dealership partners to expand market presence.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new market segments and improve overall sales performance.

2. Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing dealers and distribution channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for dealers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Leverage deep local market and customer knowledge to provide a competitive advantage (a significant plus).

3. Financial and Operational Oversight:

  • Ensure the timely collection of payments and manage accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Coordinate with Customer Care Executives for the efficient preparation and processing of invoices, warranty forms, and sales returns.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the company's system.

4. Market Intelligence and Strategy:

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on regional market developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to the Head of Sales.
  • Recommend and identify opportunities for product portfolio expansion and sales process improvements.

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of progressive, verifiable sales experience within the Automotive Spare Parts industry in the UAE.
  • Product Knowledge: Direct experience in the sales and distribution of Automotive Batteries and Spare Parts.
  • Driving: Must possess a valid Dubai Driving License.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi is required due to the nature of local business operations and customer base.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in standard computer operations and business software (e.g., MS Office Suite, CRM software).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
