Job Summary :


An international company looking for Sales Executive for Egypt Branch.

Will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving assigned sales targets in the Egyptian market. The role involves active field sales contact with the clients through(calls/visits), client meetings, and coordination with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. The position requires strong communication, negotiation, and market knowledge to effectively represent the company and its products. The employee is required to perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Superior or Management when necessary.



1) Key Responsibilities 


a) Sales & Business Development 

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through field visits, prospecting, and networking. 

• Present and promote company products to potential clients, demonstrating product value and benefits. 

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. 

• Prepare and submit sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in coordination with the branch manager. 

• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly and professionally. 


b) Customer Relationship Management 

• Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients and accounts. 

• Conduct regular visits to clients to assess satisfaction and identify new needs. 

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate solutions with internal departments. 

• Provide exceptional after-sales support and ensure consistent communication with clients. 


c) Market Intelligence & Reporting 

• Gather market insights on competitors, pricing, and product trends. 

• Report sales performance, customer feedback, and market developments to the Branch Manager. 

• Recommend potential new products, services, or improvements based on customer feedback. 


d) Coordination & Operations 

• Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries. 

• Support credit and collection activities by following up on outstanding payments. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. 



2) Authorities 

• Recommend sales quotations and discounts within approved limits. 

• Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, and site visits. 

• Negotiate payment terms and delivery schedules subject to Branch Manager approval. 



3) Requirements & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 

• Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in B2B field sales, preferably in wood, construction materials, or industrial products. 

• Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets. 

• Excellent communication in Arabic and English. 

• Willingness to travel across assigned territories.
